This flooded kitchen in Irvine, CA was the result of a storm that took place in Orange County. Upon inspection, mold growth was found in the kitchen and demolition of the cabinetry was required. Due to the water damage from the storm, the floor required removal as well. The before photo depicts the home prior to any removal. The after photo was taken 2 days after this incident and shows the results from the mitigation. Our client was thrilled that all the required demo did not take long.
