Water Damage in Irvine, CA

The affected area was caused by a small leak in the upstairs restroom's overflow valve. The damaged drywall was extremely brittle due to the water and even had a small amount of mold growth. Over the course of seven days the affected area was disposed of, disinfected, and patched up with a fresh coat of paint.
