This water damaged occurred in a garage in Irvine, CA. Our inspector arrived and discovered water traveled through multiple floors of the home and soaked the garage ceiling. Due to the extent of the damage, the entire ceiling needed to be taken out in the garage. The before photo shows the property before any demo was completed. The after photo shows the wonderful demolition work our team did on the ceiling. Our team completed this job in a day and made sure everything was disinfected prior to leaving.
